It is said that grief is a journey no one wants to take, yet we find ourselves on it anyway. The loss of a loved one is likely the most painful, life-changing experience that humans endure. Loss can leave one feeling emotionally spent, physically drained, and spiritually empty. Recovery from the loss of a loved one is a painful journey, but it does not have to be done alone. The support of others who are on the same journey can strengthen one’s hope for the future and help to bring healing.
Reinvesting in one’s life after loss is the primary focus of the group.
This group session is held every Spring and Fall. See the flyer to the right for up-to-date information.
