VNA Extended Care Services, Inc. (Extended Care) is a separate business in collaboration with Clarion Forest VNA, providing home care and adult daycare services. If you’re looking for non-skilled home care services, Extended Care has what you need!

Private Duty

Private Duty provides the following home care services:

🧼 Help with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
🥗 Meal preparations
💊 Reminders and assistance to take medications
🛍 Shopping and errands
🧹 Light housekeeping such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, etc
👕 Laundry
💬 Socialization and companionship

Adult Daily Living

The Adult Daily Living Center (ADLC) adult daycare Program within VNA Extended Care Services is a center for adults seeking socialization, a safe environment, and respite as they continue to live in their own homes. We keep them busy throughout the day and stimulate their minds with activities such as current events, crafts, exercise, board and card games, reminiscing, etc.

We love our clients and treat them with comfort and respect during their time at the center!
