Lisa Steiner
Chief Executive Officer

Lisa began her career with the Clarion Forest VNA in 1994 as a field nurse and case manager. Lisa later became the home care liaison for Clarion Hospital. In 2013 Lisa transitioned into the Clinical Information Department. In 2015 she became the Director of Home Health. In 2019 she became the Chief Nursing Officer for the Home Health and Hospice programs. In 2020 she became the CEO/CNO. Prior to joining the VNA, Lisa was a critical care nurse. 

Lisa is a graduate of Villa Maria College and the Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in nursing. She has been instrumental in developing and implementing the many regulatory changes that have occurred in home health and hospice at the federal level. Lisa continues to lead the quality assessment and performance improvement committees for both home health and hospice with the constant focus on improving quality patient care. 

Lisa is married with 2 children. She enjoys golfing, walking, swimming, and traveling to North Carolina to visit family when she is not working.

Justin Drayer
Chief Financial Officer

Justin joined the Clarion Forest VNA in July of 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer and has remained in that position since. Some of his duties include assisting the CEO, managing yearly budgets, and maintaining corporate policies and procedures.

Justin holds an Accounting & Finance degree from Ohio Northern University and an MBA from Clarion University.

Justin resides in Clarion with his wife and daughters.

Stephanie Haggerty
Human Resources Director

Stephanie began her career with Clarion Forest VNA in 2017 as the Hospice Receptionist and was promoted to Human Resources Coordinator in December of 2017. In July of 2021, Stephanie was promoted to Director of Human Resources.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in communications from Clarion University. She is a Board of Trustee for Pennsylvania Home Care and Human Services Workers’ Compensation Trust.  

Stephanie resides in Clarion with her husband and three children. 

Catherine Shank
Home Health
Clinical Manager

Catherine joined Clarion Forest VNA in 2013 as a care attendant at the Serenity House in Shippenville while attending Clarion University – Venango Campus to complete her ASN. She went on to work as a RN in the Rehabilitation Unit at Penn Highlands DuBois, and as a Pediatric RN for Bayada before returning to the Clarion Forest VNA Hospice team in 2019. 

Before becoming a nurse, Catherine had a background in teaching, including an MSEd in Literacy as a reading specialist. This history of education led to an interest in nurse education. In 2022, Catherine transitioned into the Nurse Educator, Home Care Coordinator, and Telehealth nurse positions before being promoted in August 2023 to the Home Care Manager position.

Catherine resides in Brookville. She attends Tri-county Church in Punxsutawney where she is a member of the worship and tech teams. Catherine enjoys singing, camping, and hiking with her 2 dogs.

Kathleen Siegel
Hospice
Clinical Manager

Kate joined the Clarion Forest VNA, Inc in 1990 as an RN case manager with the home health team providing direct patient care.  Kate served in various clinical and managerial roles over the years including nurse manager, home care coordinator at Clarion Hospital, OASIS RN, and wound care nurse. In 2007, Kate took on the role of Telehealth Clinician and development & implementation of our agency’s CHF program and serving as nurse coordinator assisting the home health and hospice nursing supervisors. In December 2015, Kate transitioned into her current Hospice and Palliative Care Clinical Manager role and was a PHA Leadership participant in 2016. 

Kate was a native of Munhall, PA where she earned her RN diploma at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital School of Nursing practicing in the field of Burn/ Trauma and ER nursing. She has made her home in Clarion County since relocating from Pittsburgh in 1989 and is married with 2 sons.

Kate is a member of St. Michael the Archangel Church in Emlenton, PA, enjoys baking, family holidays together, and sunrises at the beach.

Lynnsey McAdoo
Clinical Information
Director

Lynnsey joined the Clarion Forest VNA in 2011 as a field Occupational Therapist. In 2013, Lynnsey transitioned into the role of Therapy Supervisor. In 2020, Lynnsey was promoted to Director of Clinical Information. 

Lynnsey attended the University of Pittsburgh and earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences in 2005 and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2007.

Lynnsey resides in Shippenville with her husband and two girls.
